I. Structure features
1. EMPIRE hydraulic breaker adopts super powerful blow technology, so that the hydraulic breaker perfect matches the driver to realize best effects and makes reasonable use of the maximum output energy, and is energy-saving and very effective.
2. “Hydraulic + nitrogen” impact driving system minimizes the energy loss and to provide largest impact force.
3. The bulk heat treatment technology of alloy steel causes no distortion or crack on rod contact surface when piston is working, besides, it is easy to use with minimal fault risks and thus reduces the maintenance costs.
4. In critical situations, some key positions are further reinforced and the German dual lubricating technology helps to reduce wear and extend their service life.
5. Application of unique noise reducing technology minimizes noise level during operation.
II. Use
Hydraulic hammer is widely used in mining, metallurgy, railway construction, road construction, public garden construction, building and shipbuilding industries, to breaker solid objects such as rocks, reinforced concrete and frozen earth.
