By full implementation of ISO9001:2008 quality management systems, sophisticated production technologies, complete testing facilities and integral service systems and on basis of our continuous improvements, our corporation is able to provide quality products and services that meet customer needs in all aspects.

Empire always sticks to various quality standards. In 2004, Empire is certificated by CPCIF petrochemical enterprise quality inspection organization. Since 2006, Empire has been granted Safety Certificate of Approval for Mining Products for our products in seven major series covering over seventy specifications. In December 2009, Empire was successfully certificated for its quality management systems under ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 29001 (specialized for enterprises in petrochemical industry), API Spec Q1, and API Spec 7K. 

We have acquired and maintained insurance coverage for our products by CPIC. Our efforts through these years have won us great reputation and honors, including the Top 10 Hose Enterprise in China and Top 100 Enterprise in Chinese Rubber Industry by China Rubber Industry Association; Enterprise of Observing Contract & Keeping Promise and AAA Credit Enterprise by Hebei Administration for Industry and Commerce; Outstanding Enterprise and Product Quality by Hebei Provincial Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision; Enterprise with Consumer Trusts by the Consumers’ Association; Industrial Pollution Control Enterprise and Green Enterprise by the local Environmental Protection Bureau, as well as titles of China High-tech Enterprise, Leading Enterprise in Hebei, Outstanding Taxation Enterprise and Advanced Enterprise in Production Safety Management. Furthermore, our corporation is also the registered holder of 10 national invention patents and 20 utility model patents.
