I. Structure

Rubber roller is produced by metal or wooden core covered with rubber.

 

II. Use

Rollers are widely used in various industrial sectors, including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, coal mining, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, machinery, aviation and shipbuilding, where they are known collectively as industrial rollers.
 

III. Function

1. By trace elastic deformation on rubber surface of rollers, certain pressure is applied to the products to be processed to meet process requirements, which should not cause damage to the products by excess shear strength.

2. Where rubber rollers are used in place of metal rollers in mechanical components, they usually play transfer or supporting roles.

VI. Features of oil-free nylon carrier roller

1. Small friction coefficient, no damages to conveyor belt .Because of its unique chemical performance, it provides 3-5 times the service life if steel rollers in equivalent working conditions.

2. Good corrosion resistance. It provides 2-3 times the service life of steel rollers, when operating round-the-clock in poor conditions with oil/acid/alkali exposure, heavy dust and large humidity.

3. Improving working environment. In comparison with steel rollers, it is oil-free, light, easy to install, quiet and non-toxic and pollution-free. 
4. Low maintenance costs. Over 97% oil-free nylon rollers are free from slackness, enlarged gaps, seizing or breakdown in two years.

5. Working temperature: -40°C~+60°C
