Ⅰ. Structure

Gas drainage hole packer CWS-II is composed of HP expansion hose (inner rubber layer, reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer and outer rubber layer), pressure connector, sliding sealing connector and middle steel pipe.

II. Function
When the packer is subject to internal positive pressure, the hose length becomes shorter while diameter is enlarged to expansion state, to realize packing effect.

Ⅲ. Use

Gas drainage hole packer is applicable to water injection dedusting and gas drainage, tunnel exploration, underground and submerged casting in mining industry.

IV. Purpose
1. Water is injected into coal mass, to release some gas and to effectively reduce gas content in coal mass.
2. Once water injection effect is achieved, it is able to reduce dust quantity by 80% or better, improving operating effecting or workers and avoiding accidents of dust explosion.
3. It wets coal mass, reduces fire risks, costs and improves workers’ safety.
4. After advance drainage borehole and working surface drainage system are adopted, gas emission and drilling cuttings may be significantly increased, effectively releasing crustal stress and gas pressure and preventing accidents when coal cutting.
5. It solves the problem of limitation in coal cutting and drilling matters, and effectively prevents gas outburst and explosion.

Working pressure: 1MPa~6MPa (As per customer needs)
Working flow rate: Water injection rate at 5~8 t/h, gas drainage and discharge depends on gas concentration and pressure.
Packing depth: 0.5m~3m
Hose expansion coefficient: 60%~100%
