I. Structure

Advancing type self-sealing hole packer is composed of expansion hose, safety valve, quick-fitting connector and reinforcement steel pipe.
 

II. Use
It is applicable to hole packing on coal seam or rock seam after grouting or water injection.

Working pressure: 5MPa~8MPa
Effective packing range: 45mm~120mm
Application: Delivery of mixed resin, water, cement and other media.
 Fitting: M20×1.5

IV. Instructions and Precautions
1. Insert the hole packer completely into borehole and connect it to the pressure source. Start pressure supply and pressurize the packer to 0.4MPa, then the rubber hose expands completely to realize packing effect. At this time the safety valve is open, to inject water or grout in to the coal seam. After water or grout injection is finished, users may turn the hose connected to the packer anti-clockwise and remove it. The hole packer can maintain expansion state for a long period, effectively ensuring that water or grout in the coal seam will not flow back.
2. Hole packer release: Pump is required if water is used as pressure media. Compressed air, if used, may be discharged from the supply pipe.
