I. Structure
Structure: It is made of high pressure expansion hose, safety valve, and rapid-acting coupling.
 

II. Use
Water injection hole packer for coal seam is mainly used for water injection, dedusting, coal pressure reduction, coal cracking and gas emission.

III. Function
1. Water is injected into coal mass, to release some gas and to effectively reduce gas content in coal mass.
2. Once water injection effect is achieved, it is able to reduce dust quantity by 80% or better, improving operating effecting or workers and avoiding accidents of dust explosion.
3. It injects pressurized water into coal seam and cracks coal mass, reduces fire risks, costs and improves workers’ safety.
4. Empire hole packer can effectively prevent and take effective control over gas outburst and explosion.

VI. Instructions and Precautions
1. Water injection hole packer for coal seam ZF-II is easy to use. Once the packer is connected to site water supply system and completely inserted into the borehole, driven by pressure, the packer expands to realize packing effect and water may be injected to crack the coal seam.
2. EMPIRE packer is reusable and can restore original form. The packer may be removed after water is injected and pressure is released.
3. Do NOT operate under pressure, in inserting or removing the packer.
4. Hole packer cannot be accessed from front side when it is working.
