I. Structure features
Corrugated hose for water suction and drainage is composed of an inner rubber layer, fabric-braid reinforcement layers and the outer rubber layer. Inner rubber layer is produced from black and smooth SBR rubber and provides good resistance to slurry, sewage and waste water. Reinforcement layer is made from high-strength synthetic fabric wire and rope and ribbed steel wire. Outer rubber layer is produced from EPDM/SBR synthetic rubber in black or red color with good resistance to aging and ozone. It has smooth or grooved pattern, provides good abrasion resistance (covered by cloth), and is available with customized mark in lengths of 40m and 50m, packaged in PVC film.
II. Use
Water suction and drainage hose is applicable to sprinkling irrigation system in industry and agriculture, water conservancy projects and building construction, for purposes of gardening, lawn irrigation, spraying system in automobile repair plants and oil tankers.
