II. Performance comparison with cement pipe and ceramic pipe:

H-structure, good resistance to impact and pressure and good resilience.

Large brittleness and poor impact resistance.

8~10 times longer, light, 1/8 weight of cement pipe, saving installation and transportation costs by 30%, improving installation speed by 60%.

Short, more joints, thick wall, heavier, long installation and transportation time, higher costs.

Smooth inner wall, good abrasion resistance, smooth and solid junction, free from objects attached to inner wall. Fast drainage rate, 30% higher delivery capacity than cement pipe.

Rough inner wall and more junction points, uneven junctions, inner wall easy to trap objects, easy to block.

Resistant to 4-6-magnitude earthquake, no cracking or leakage in case of foundation subsidence, saving large amount of maintenance costs. Widely used in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Nanjing and Jiangsu Province, an environment friendly product recommended by national authority.

Leakage or pipe cracking and damages occur easily in case of crustal movement or foundation settlement, easy to contaminated underground water, frequent traffic interrupting repair and maintenance required, high comprehensive costs. Outdated and rejected by large and middle sized cities.

Applicable to sewage with chemical corrosions, strong weather-proof performance, remaining unharmed when used at ambient temperature of -60°C~+105°C. 50 years service life.

Easily damaged by corrosion and reduced service life, as acid and alkali content in municipal sewage increases.

 

III. Performance comparison with UPVC double-wall corrugated pipe:

H-structure, hollow, double-wall, good impact resistance, less easy to damage in transportation and loading process, about 1/3 heavier than corrugated pipe, 50% higher environmental rigidity, 60% higher pressure capacity, lower comprehensive construction costs.

Square structure, hollow, single wall, thin wall, light, low production cost but poor environmental rigidity, low pressure capacity, poor impact resistance, easy to damage outer wall during transportation and loading process, higher comprehensive construction costs.

 

IV. Performance comparison with cast iron pipe:

Cast iron pipe

Smooth inner wall, small flow resistance, large drainage rate, 30% higher water delivery capacity than cast iron pipe.

Rough inner wall, large flow resistance, easy to trap objects and block.

Light pipe body, only about 1/8 weight of cast iron pipe. Significantly saving costs for loading, transportation and installation.

Heavy pipe body, more junctions, requiring more time and efforts in transportation and installation.

Good corrosion resistance, scale free, 50 years service life. Recyclable and reusable, free from contamination to soil, environment friendly.
