Reinforced thermoplastic composite hose

Reinforced thermoplastic composite hose

Reinforced thermoplastic composite hose is a type of hose with both features of plastics and steel pipes and has high strength, good resistance to static electricity, flame, high temperature, corrosion and scaling.

I. Structure

It is produced from modified plastics and resin with multi-layer high-strength reinforced fiber as reinforcement layer and is produced through extrusion at high temperature. Our hoses are available with customized pressure capacity, ranging from 20Mpa to 100 Mpa.

II. Features

1. Thermal insulation and energy-saving: Hose is protected by closed-cell foamed polyethylene thermal insulation material, with thickness no less than 25mm, so that when the hose is buried underground, it will not absorb water or deform. With heat conductivity coefficient 0.028w/m.k., the hose may be used in oil and water delivery with pleasing thermal insulation and energy-saving effects.

2. Electrical heating: If coagulation is found, the hose may be heated by electrical means without impact to hose service life.

3. Easy construction: Obvious advantage over metal pipes, especially in swamp and shallow sea areas.

4. Consecutiveness: It saves a great deal of work load of welding and reduces construction costs and leakage by improper connection.

5. Detectability: It is detectable, like steel pipes, even when buried underground.

6. Long service life: Over 50 years in rated conditions.

III. Use

1. Pipelines in coal mine and oilfield for delivery of oil, gas and water, high-pressure water injection and thermal cleaning, etc.

2. Delivery of oil, gas and water by marine oilfield.

3. Especially suitable for delivery of oil, gas and water with high Sulphur content.

4. Water supply, drainage, guniting and dedusting by mines.

5. Gathering and transmission pipeline of oily water, gas field mixtures, and backfill polymer of oil well, and secondary and tertiary oil drilling and delivery pipe.

6. Hose for water supply and drainage and delivery of potable water, natural gas and fuel gas in public facilities.

7. Duct for seawater transfer, submarine pipeline and optical (electric) cable for used by desalinator, coastal power plants and cities.

8. Delivery of return process water and waste residues by key projects.

9. Process pipeline and discharge pipeline for delivery of corrosive gas, liquid and powered solids in industries of chemical fertilizer, pesticides, pharmacy, chemicals and rubber and plastics.
