Our company produces and supplies various types of rubber pressure hoses and ultra-high pressure (UHP) rubber hoses with finest quality at competitive prices. Our hose products are featured by small outer diameter, light weight, flexibility and easy installation, besides, they are safe and harmless, non-toxic and odorless, with excellent resistance to contaminants and fire, and provide reliable protection from radiation and static electricity. They are resistant to wear, fatigue and aging, thus provide 3 times longer service life than normal rubber hoses available in market.

I. Structure

High-pressure spiral wire reinforced rubber hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, 2/4/6 spiral wire reinforcement layers and the outer rubber layer. The inner layer is directly subject to erosion by media conveyed, to prevent leakage. The outermost rubber layer is a weather-proof layer, protecting the wire layer from external wear. The spiral wire layer (φ0.3~φ2.0 wire in fine quality) is the pressure bearing layer, giving the hose sufficient strength and rigidity. The working pressure of hoses depends on the materials and structure of the reinforcement layers.

Note: Wire reinforcement must be in layers of even numbers, with one layer in clockwise direction and another covering layer in anti-clockwise direction, in order to realize better protection to wires from loosening.

 

II. Features

1. The hoses are made from special synthetic rubber with high rubber content, ensuring their excellent performance in oil resistance, thermal resistance, warping strength as well as anti-fatigue and anti-aging performance.

2. The hoses have compact structure, good elasticity and small deformation under pressure.

3. EMPIRE rubber hoses have pressure uniformly distributed to all layers and provide stable quality.

4. The hoses provide strong pressure capacity and excellent pulse performance.

5. Rubber hoses with spiral wire reinforcement are sized to 20m in length and may also be customized to any length below 50m as customers require.

 

III. Use

High-pressure wire reinforced hydraulic hoses are mainly used on mine hydraulic supports and oilfield exploitation, and are applicable to conveyance of petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel and lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsified liquid, oil-water emulsion and water) that have relatively high pressure and temperature, in the mechanical and automated hydraulic systems of various industry sectors, including building construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgy and forging, mining machinery, shipbuilding, plastic injection machinery, agricultural machinery and various machine tools.

Note: Our rubber hose products with spiral wire reinforcement are in compliance with the standards GB/T10544-03, DIN20023 and SAE100R9~13, which are not applicable to castor oil-based and grease-based liquids.

-30°C~+120°C
