Hydraulic systems have strict requirements on cleanness of internal walls of rubber hoses, therefore measures should be taken to keep their walls clean and protect the hose from invasion by foreign objects (dust) which may hinder liquid delivery and impact operation of the entire hydraulic system, damage the equipment or even result in severe accidents.

After a certain period of use, especially for delivery of corrosive liquid, hoses should be cleanedto exhaust water and other residuesandto avoid long-term corrosion to the hose. Rubber hoses should be cleaned on basis of their actual conditions, for example, they may be cleaned by high-pressure water, air-blow or sponge bullets. Cleaning should follow the following steps:

1.Choose a suitable location on cleaning site to set up the drilling rig.

2.In general, a cleaning machine is composed of five sections: guide rail system, temperature control system,electric control cabinet, reducer and electric motor.

3.Power onand run the drilling rig in idle mode for 5 minutes. When drilling rig operatesstablyand normally, with main spindle spinning in the direction as indicated on the reducer box,power off the drilling rig and install the drill stem and low-frequency heater.Reducer in the transmission system drives the drilling rig forward.

4.Connect electric controllers to the power supply system of cleaning machine and power the drilling machine and heating system by the control cabinet.

5.Heat the rubber hose after the drilling stem reaches bottom of the hole.After the rubber hose melts, crude oil flows out.

6.Push the crude oil out by using a piston.

7.When drilling rig reaches desired depth, it stops.When the drilling rig is removed, if necessary, an external heating system should be used to clean off oilcontaminantsoutside the hose.
